EN ISO 80079标准系列指南

随着EN ISO 80079标准系列在2016年的实施，制造商现在已经获得了机械ATEX设备的一套真正全球性的要求。
EN ISO 80079的发布是显著，因为它解决了在国际上的机械防爆设备的基本要求和保护的概念。以前的标准，在EN 13463系列，解决了机械防爆保护，但只限于在ATEX指令在欧洲范围内使用。与此相反，EN ISO 80079系列具有全球应用，并且可以在IECEx计划现在包括机械设备的扩展范围内使用。
根据ATEX指令，EN ISO 80079系列将在2019年10月31日之后取代EN 13463系列。
EN ISO 80079有什么不同?
en13463系列有许多标准，包括机械防爆设备。ISO 80079对此进行了简化，涵盖了三个主要部分的需求。
EN ISO 80079-36本节涵盖了大多数非电气设备和元件的设计、施工和测试的基本要求，这些设备和元件都有自己的潜在火源。
EN ISO 80079-37第37节对三种不同类型保护下的非电气设备提出了要求:结构安全(“c”)、火源控制(“b”)和液体浸泡(“k”)。
EN ISO 80079-38虽然部分36指定为一般的机械设备和部件37个盖具体类型的受保护设备的基本要求，第38是专用于设备和部件在地下矿井爆炸环境，具体部件或产品可能易受沼气和可燃粉尘。
为EN ISO 80079文件要求
对于先前符合ATEX标准，指令（链接），EN ISO 80079名引入了几个新文件的程序下，EN 13463系列产品。由于新的标准系列采用IEC 60079-0作为它的许多试验和要求的参考文件，这些标准可以类似地处理以将IEC 60079概念标准（如实施例E）。
正因为如此，新标准的使用在设备上的Ex标识中最为明显。80079以下的机械设备现在标为Ex，有部分Ex编码(如Ex h IIB T4 Gb)。
此外，EN ISO 80079-37的保护类型(例如“c”、“b”或“k”)不能从Ex标记代码“h”中识别出来，并且依赖于用户说明中概述的保护类型的描述。
如何保持认证?
